Shelby Campiz
Shelby has been licensed since 2001 and has worked with Moore Insurance Services since 2006. She graduated from Chico State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and a Minor in Mathematics. Born and raised in Arbuckle, she loves being in a small, tight knight community and moved back to the area in 1996. She lives in Arbuckle with her husband and teenage daughter. She also has a son that lives and works in Oregon. Shelby enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and working puzzles.
Shelby prides herself on running an agency that provides a high level of customer service and truly values the relationships with her clients. She and her staff know the importance of educating clients so that they fully understand what they are purchasing and how to get the most use from their insurance policies.

Janet Snyder
Janet has been a lifelong resident of Colusa, CA. She lives with her daughter Callie and two red golden retrievers, Ellie, and Lucy. She loves the outdoors, camping, gardening, and playing catch with her goldens.
Janet has traveled up the ladder here at Moore Insurance Services. She started as a part-time employee in 2009 and after attaining her life and health license in 2014 and becoming certified with Covered CA, she expanded her role with enrollments in individual health and Covered CA health plans. In 2021 she became certified with carriers to sell Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage plans, and Prescription Drug plans.
She has become a valuable member here at Moore Insurance Services, helping clients with enrollment in a plan for their needs. She’s committed to customer service, explaining the basics of individual health, and Covered CA, Medicare Supplements, and Prescription Drug Plans, which is an invaluable trait for our office.

Mireya Pina
Mireya has been part of our team since January of 2020, she became licensed in 2021. At our office, Mireya specializes in group benefits and quoting. She loves helping clients understand their group benefits, building relationships with our clients, and delivering exceptional customer service! Mireya lives in Williams with her husband and 2 children. In her free time, she likes to travel and spend time with her family. She is fluent in Spanish. Prior to working here, she worked in Quality Assurance and Food Safety for 11 years.

Carmen Boites
Carmen has been part of our team since August 2020, she became licensed in 2021 and is a certified agent with Covered California. Carmen lives in Colusa with her husband and 2 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and visiting new places. Here at our office, Carmen specializes in claims and group coverage. Carmen is fluent in Spanish and is happy to help and assist clients in any way she can.

Yadira Saavedra
Yadira Saavedra has been part of our team since June of 2022, she became licensed in November 2023. Yadira is a customer service representative who also helps with translating. She brings a positive and energetic attitude always willing to help customers. Arbuckle is where she resides with her family. She was a stay-at-home mom for 11 years while going to school at a community college where she obtained her Associates Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences in 2016. Before working for Moore Insurance, she worked as a weigh-master and receptionist for a Farming Company. She enjoys spending time with her kids and watching them play sports.
